Resolved question:
I have a follow-up question to a previous thread regarding STDs.
I'm newly single so I'm a big neurotic getting back to the dating scene. Recently, I've been getting physical with a girl that I've been talking to (I am a male). I kissed with her with my tongue and she masturbated me. I understand that there are no risks of masturbation but at one time she used some of her saliva on my penis.
Does this put me at any risk? Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
No, using saliva during masturbation won't put you at any additional risk.
Only when there is unprotected oral intercourse involved there are chances of herpes being transmitted. Otherwise you do not have to worry.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.
Can any STD be trnasmitted through me sucking a woman's nipple?
No, only bacterial oral infections may be transmitted if she has some infection on her nipples.
Regards.
Dr, Thank you for your help. A final question: I'm not planning on unprotected oral sex, but you said that the risk is possible and rare herpes not HIV, hep c, etc. correct?
Hello,
Nothing can be transmitted if she uses saliva for masturbating you.
Also, it is not possible for herpes or hep c to be transmitted like that.
Regards.
Dr., just to clarify your answer you are saying that neither herpes, hep c, or HIV can be transmitted thorugh ORAL sex, i.e. my penis in her mouth?
HSV-1 can be transmitted through oral sex.
Not Hep C or HIV.
In my earlier post I was referring to infections being spread through sucking nipples ( foreplay ) as you asked in the previous thread.
Regards.
