Hi,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
I went through your post about pain in the lower abdomen.
I would like to have some more information before I can give my opinion.
1. How long do you have this pain?
2. How long does each episode of pain last?
3. Anything that worsens or relieves pain?
4. Any burning urination?
5. How are your bowel movements?
6. Does this pain wake you up from sleep?
Get back to me with these information and I would give my opinion.
Regards,
Dr.R.K

Dear Dr. RK.
1) the Pain has been there for about a month,
2) pain episodes last from about 15 minutes to couple of hours. however most of the episodes last about half an hour to 45 min.
3) Immediately after I eat I think the pain worsens and also at night the
pain is worse.
4) I did have burning in the urine some months ago and urine also had traces
of blood the presant report was however fine.
5) I am constipated many times,
6) As I mentioned discomfort is more at night but I don't wake up in pain.

Sheamak
Hello,
Thanks for getting back. I apologize for delay in response
I have gone through your history and reports. All of them point towards the diagnosis of cholecystitis i.e inflammation of gall bladder due to the presence of the gall stones.
I would like to suggest to do abdominal CT scan to confirm the diagnosis. Your liver reports which is a good sign.
After confirmation of diagnosis the surgeon may advice you cholecystectomy (removal of gall bladder) which can be done laparoscopically. Feel free to discuss further.
Thanks
