Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
What are your symptoms? Do you have any burning micturition, or any pain while passing urine? Have you been drinking adequate water? Is there any lower abdominal pain?
Pus cells 1-2 and epithelial cells 2-3 are normally present in the urine. Only when it is associated with symptoms, treatment will be required.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Yea I have burning sensation and pain while passing urine.. frequently urinate.
Hello,
In that case it is suggestive of UTI.
I will advise you to start Tab. Norfloxacin 400 mg twice daily after food for 7 days, as this is a good antibiotic with minimal resistance.
And to reduce the burning, I will advise you to drink Cranberry juice everyday till the symptoms subside, besides drinking adequate water.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Hello doc.. I think Am fine now But a new problem has aroused. Am feeling little constipated. I can pass stool But it feels that there's more to come however I can't do it...please help
Hello,
Thank you for your follow up.
The commonest cause of constipation is a change in the diet. I will advise you to increase your fiber intake, and take more of oats, and fruits such as bananas and apples. Bananas in fact can act like an immediate cure for constipation.
So you can take a couple of bananas and have oats for one of your meals and let me know if it helps.
Regards.

Hi, Now i Took neeri medicine for frequent urination and I got a new problem. I feel terrible pain near anal hole because of which it pains to pass out stool and even urine. Can u suggest some ointment for that So I can get relieved soon. Thanks.
Hello,
Thank you for your follow-up.
You pain may be due to internal hemorrhoids (swelling of veins in your anus) though it needs to be physically examined by general surgeon for a confirmed diagnosis.
I advise you to take plenty fluids, avoid straining during bowel movement, diet rich in fiber such as oat, fruits and vegetables. You can use oinment such as hydrocortisone 1% untill you see the doctor. Long term (more than a week) use of this ointment is not recommended as it may cause adverse effects on the skin. Majority of hemorrhoids resolve by these measures and few may require procedures which are done by surgeons.
Hope this helps,
Please feel free to ask further.
