Clinical History is as follows: 10 year old male healthy with little allergies starts having severe asthma and allergy, joint swelling and pain in shoulders elbows hips and knees. Very tired and symptoms get worse with any activity. Also complains of severe headaches sometimes that cause vomiting

The Medical history and investigation details are NOT suggestive of cancer. Although a prudent followup with your Doctor is recommended. These symptoms could be part of general flu like syndrome which is caused by viral infection or something more than infection which needs further evaluation.
Vit. D assay, immunosorbent test for allergy, skeletal survey, chest X ray, pulmonary function tests, follow up growth charts. stool evaluation for parasites/worm infestation, US abdomen and additional complete blood workup and peripheral smear study are the tests to be considered if symptoms persist. A Neurologist consult may be also required.

We have had nuero consult, they say it is fine. His blood test saod musco was fine. He always has high absolute eosinophil count in blood which allergust said if it was connected to allergies it would be in mucous smears which tgey are not. Could this be a blood disorder. He has always complained of bone and joint pain since age 4.
Blood disorder is less likely. Other metabolic causes have to be evaluated. Childs symptoms are not very specifically pointing towards any single diagnosis. As far as from an Oncologist viewpoint , Cancer has been ruled out adequately for now.(though the child might require detailed followup) You will need to work closely with your Paediatrician for a conclusive diagnosis.
