update
i went to dr today again
my abdominal us shows gestational sac meassured 8.93 mm ,
pregnancy by dayes from lmp is 5 weeks 6 days
but on ultrasound 4weeks 5 days
what this mean ?
by abdominal in which sac size hb starts ?

There is absolutely no point in doing an abdominal ultrasound scan.
As it is inaccurate and unreliable at this stage.
Do not arrive at any conclusion based on that.
Please get a transvaginal scan done and let me know.
