1.Is the pain superficial ? Like is it a pain on the bones of the rib cage ? Or is do you feel the pain 'inside' as in the abdomen?
2.Does this pain has got a relationship with food intake ? (Like gets relieved when you take food , aggravates when you are hungry ? Something like that ?)
3) Is the pain colicky ? (Comes and goes with sharp pinch )

It seemed superficial nothing to do with food
Was relieved with bowels
Maybe gas
It's like an ache
I get it on both sides at different times

This pain seems to be related to ulcer peptic disease. This is similar to the Gastritis, but can occur beyond the stomach like in the duodenum , which can manifest as pain in the right side. This is not gallbladder or stone related pain.
The Pantoloc you are taking will be sufficient for this. Make sure you are taking the medication on an empty stomach and you are not taking any food at least for an hour. Avoid spicy and irritant food for a week. Take regular meals on time. The pain should disappear in a weeks time.

But I have been on pantoloc a month 20 mg
With food
...I also did h pylori test negative
Can I have ulcer too

Please take the medication just before sleep. I suspected you are taking it with food, and probably that is the reason why it is not working. Yes even H.Pylori is negative and even if you had Pantoloc you still can have ulcer. However as per your symptoms description this does not seem to be a major ulcer. If the problem persists you may require further investigation including an endoscopy.
