Hi
I am 166cm tall and i weight 80KG. I am overweight by 20kg after giving birth.
my baby is now 19 months
Gabriel normally doesn’t wake up during the night but i do have lots of dreams so i am not sure if i get a good rest.
My baby is 12KG and 80cm tall
I don’t use any medication but i have been taking Kilocal tablet to reduce carbs intakes after meals.
I went to my GP and he prescribed blood test, cholesterol, thyroid, sugar level and so on and they are all normal.
I smoke.
I have been also very distructed lately, short memorey and doing things without thinking (like head in the clouds)
As i said also my period in the last couple of months has not been regular (every 3 weeks) and heavy (5/6 days)
I do connect this to maybe my smoking or my stomach as i always feel uncomfortable with my lower tommy when i feel like this?
Can it be?
PS: i just ate a yogurt, banana and strawberries and suddenly i feel very very tired
As your tests are normal and you are also having irregular periods. The first thing that come to my mind is that you are suffering from perimenopausal symptoms. Tiredness etc is also quite common around 45.
You should have an internal exam, a Pap smear, a pelvic ultrasound scan and hormone levels to look for perimenopause ( FSH, LH, Serum estradiol ) by a gynaecologist.
For irregular periods, cyclical progesterone therapy can be started.

If this is the cause..can you still get pregnant? or means I cant have anymore babies?
If you are perimenopausal chances of pregnancy are less but not nil due to hormonal fluctuations. But, you can still try. Even if you get pregnant chances of complications to both mother and baby increase after 35 years old patientof age. Please, consult your gynecologist.
