I have sent two doctor's pescribed (attachment). Can i take any medicine by the Doctor whoch pescribe me if nessacity the medicine whoch medicine is correct? . It is necessary for MRI -LS to be done or not ? Pain killer tab - ie, EZerodal -P / Etoshime -MR and Pan-40/Pantocid -40 to be continued or not ?. Another tab. Lycogold -Xt /Recovit NP to be continued ?.

I have read your query with diligence.
It looks that your sitting hours in office are too much.Long sitting or long heavy work lead to mechanical changes in spine with overload over disk,decreased nutrition of disk & increased degenerative changes at spine.There is deconditioning of muscles with increase load over spine & thus back pain.
At present you should do following-
-Continue exercises as advises.
-Avoid bending 90 degree at back.
-Use some lumbosacral support for few days at back.
-Take a mild analgesic like ultracet.
Hope this will help you.
You may take the analgesic but they should not be continued for long time.You may take a combination of paracetamol with tramadol .It is safe for kidney .Continue antacid preparation Pan -40 with analgesic.
In my opinion MRI is not necessary at present.The LYCOGOLD looks to be multivitamin ,there is no harm in taking it for short term.
