Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.
The condition on your palm is known as pompholyx. Its an eczema which aggravates in winter and also when there was excessive sweating on the palms.
There are no natural remedies for pompholyx, atopic dermatitis n ichthyosis. There is no particular diet advice that will help in improving them.
For keeping atopic dermatitis and ichthyosis in check i would recommend keeping the skin throughly hydrated.
Taking oatmeal baths will be helpful . Also application of moisturizing lotions on slightly wet skin after bath wil keep the skin hydrated for a longer time.
For pompholyx you will need to apply a prescription strength cream called mometasone cream in combination with Mupirocin cream twice a day for three weeks.
Application of tacrolimus lotion will be helpful for atopic dermatitis. It will need a prescription.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care
Regards.

The problem on my palm is throughout the whole year and sometimes in the summer is worse, it never really leaves. there are always new bubbles growing in new places continnuously. And my palm never sweating, it is so dry so there is no way to sweat. Are you sure it is just eczema?
Hello
Thanks for your reply.
It will be best to send me a picture of the palm so i can see it and opine what it really is. From your history it seemed like eczema.
