I recommend. S. Testosterone measured at 8.00 AM. , LH levels. I would also recommend a baseline complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests.
The semen report (if done correctly and in a specified lab) unfortunately shows a absence of sperms. The exact reason need to be found out by doing the above mentioned tests.
