I understand your concerns but there is no reason to be worried. These kind of little pots on the skin without any form of pain or associated with itching does not signify much. They tend to bleed very little and subside on its own. These pots are known as cherry colored spots (Campbell De Morgan spot) seen sometimes in cirrhosis of liver. These are benign, non-cancerous condition. They usually appear bright red, raised and spread over the body .I would suggest you not to pop them or aggravate it and unless there is any symptoms no medication is generally required. If the spots increase in size or pain then you could consult the doctor for a complete evaluation.
