Hi.im really worried right now.i have been itching near the vaginal and anal region.i am sexually active with my bf and have been for a little over a month.then i noticed a lump and got a mirror and noticed a whole bunch of little bumps/lumps.they dont hurt.they just itch.here are some pics.please tell me you know what they are.thank you so much.

These occur after infection with a sexually transmitted disease - an STD called HPV - human papilloma virus.

Next, if you desire removal for cosmetic or other reasons, it can be done via laser , fulguration or other procedures.
As such, HPV cannot be cured totally.
You should always have protected sex, as you can potentially infect your partner.
Get your partner screened too.
