Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Yes, all the three supplements can be taken together. They are all good for your health and do not interact with each other.
Are you trying to improve your immunity? Who suggested these medicines to you?
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.
I'm trying to be healthier. I've been out of shape for a long time due to a lot of office work and sitting on the internet. I feel very fatigued and weak, and my bones, joints and back are sore. I'm quite thin and my diet can definitely be improved. My skin is dehydrated naturally, but it's been at its worse recently. I was thinking having all those vitamins would boost my overall health and make me feel better and have better immunity. I also notice that a lot of hair falls off when I shower (i'm not balding, and my hairline is fine) and feel that it's very and dry. Hence the biotin
Nobody suggested them to me, I just came across them online and read up on their benefits and decided to give it a shot.
The multi-vitamin has biotin in it. Is it okay to take in addition to the biotin 10,000?
Hello,
Yes, in that case, you can take the supplements but make sure your diet is healthy too as that is more important than supplements.
Yes, the multivitamin has very low amount of biotin, so it won't cause any toxic effects. For your hair fall particularly, I will advise application of castor oil once daily 2 hours before shower. Apply it on scalp rather than hair directly. This will improve the texture of your hair.
Wish you great health!
Regards.
