Hello,
Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring. Our Paediatrician has referred your consult to me.
I can understand your concern.
The pictures suggest presence of viral warts in the anal region. It is not very common in this age group. Hence a diagnostic confirmation is required. The warts in anal region are usually transmitted by sexual contact with a person having warts. But other modalities of transmission can occur.
This need to be treated by his Doctor, I would recommend that you visit his doctor to have a look as soon as possible and to probe into this matter. This could be a sensitive issue and it is better handled by your Doctor. The good news is that this can be treated. As I said a confirmatory diagnosis has to be made and you should not delay the consult.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care
