Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
You need to constantly monitor your BP. Though incidentally you were found to have high BP, you need to regularly monitor them. Both the reports of creatinine and GFR are normal.
But, High BP itself suggests that the kidney function should be monitored frequently as it suggests that there is an ' unhealthy ' kidney. It may not be reflected in either creatinine or GFR. So, Though your creatinine and GFR are normal , you frequently get kidney function tests done. Your BP should be under good control and you be given appropriate drugs for that especially ACE inhibitors or ARB group of drugs like Enalapril or Losartan.
Hope, your local physician prescribes you the same. Back ache is nothing to do with kidneys though it was the preceding incident for you to go to the doctor. You consult a physiotherapist for the same and get muscle relaxing exercises for the relief of back ache
Hope this was helpful,
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
