Hello. Thank you for posting your query at Doctorspring.com
I have noted your wife's symptoms, and am glad to note that she is slowly recovering.
The cause of her weakness and numbness in arms and legs, is cervical spinal cord injury. This injury could have happened either because of the tumor or due to surgery.
The extent of tissue damage can be seen on the MRI report. If you have that, please send it.
As of now, the treatment consists of physiotherapy, exercises and rehabilitation.
Recovery period varies, however, it continues for upto two years.
I hope it helps.
If you have the MRI report, please upload the details on the follow up, and i can assist you further.
Regards

Hello,
Thank you for writing to us again.
I have gone through the case details and MRI reports.
The injury seems to be related to the tumor as well as the surgery. Improvement would continue to occur with physiotherapy and exercises.
For the neuropathic pain, she can be started on pregabalin or gabapentin capsules.
Best wishes,
