You had cold and you are feeling that your tonsillar crept is torn.
In picture your tonsils and anterior tonsillar pillar are congested on both side, so this is most likely infection of tonsils. But usually tonsillitis causes throat pain. Do you have any pain on swallowing?
Right tonsil is more bulky and inflamed but it is quite common. Many time because of inflammation and swelling tonsillar crept become more prominent.
You can take one course of medication if you have throat pain or discomfort.
A throat swab can be done if you have sore throat. If this is not improving with medications then it need to be examined by a ENT specialist.
