Firstly, whatever is the underlying cause of vomiting (food poisoning, gastritis, etc.), the most important thing is to ensure HYDRATION. Inability to drink water in a child who is losing fluids (via vomiting) is definitely an indication to seek urgent medical attention. I would strongly urge you to take him to the nearest pediatric ER.
The vomiting and head ache is likely to improve with supportive care. We can always evaluate for the underlying cause with tests and investigations later after the child's acute condition stabilizes.
