Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I do not have the symptoms of your dad. This is because the investigation reports need to be correlated with patient's symptoms.
If you are looking for opinion on the reports, here it goes.
CT scan of brain shows areas of decreased blood flow, for which he is already of blood thinners such as clopidogrel and aspirin.
In addiiton, there is a doubt about pituitary gland timor, which needs to be confirmed or excluded by doing an MRI scan of brain.
CPK level is high, which could be related to intake of atorvastatin tablets, if he has muscle pains.
I hope it helps.
Feel free to discuss further,
Best wishes,

In the medical report provided, I found two abnormalities. The first is high Uric acid, for which allopurinol tablets are needed. Second is cholelithiasis (stones in gall bladder). This needs to be shown to surgical gastroenterologist to decide about cholecystectomy (surgery to remove gall bladder). Best wishes, Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology) |
