Hello,

Thanks for your consult at DoctorSpring.com.

The report you have quoted here is missing the Total WBC count. Please update that as follow-up query. Also I would like to know other than fatigue, do you have any major symtoms? Do you have any significant past medical history. For how long you are having this symptoms. Answers to these will enable me to help you best.

Hematologist

Hello,

Your Blood investigations reports are within normal limits. Even though the total count is near the lower limit of normal, it is not a concern. So from a Haematology view point nothing seems abnormal.
So the best next course would be to make lifestyle and general health changes. The symptoms you have mentioned are non-specific. By non-specific I mean it does not point towards a single diagnosis.
I recommend cutting down diet soda. It can affect your bone health and may cause neurological manifestations at high concentration. (the artificial sweetener in high concentrations can be damaging to health) . Engage in aerobic exercise atleast 40 minutes per day. This can bring in a lot of change due to release of endorphins. If the ‘depressed feeling’ is troubling you or if it is frequent you should consider getting professional help.
Hope this helps
Please feel free to ask followup questions
Thank you
