Hello,
Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.
Massage per se is a low risk activity for STD transmission. Since there is only skin to skin contact with less chance for friction abrasion the risk is less.
However the active bleeding changes the scenario and puts you in mild-moderate risk. This is more a 'text book' concept, practically the risk is still less as there was no sexual encounter.
However I recommend a basic STD test after 2 weeks.
I assume that there was no wound on your penis or anus and there was no violent or strong massage around the anus so as to cause any abrasion.
Hope this helps

Hi Doc,
Thank you for your response.
I have no wound nor abrasion on my penis or Anus however I have got pearly papules. Does this pose risk?
I have done some reading in the internet and it say that herpes can be transmitted on contact with skin. Is this true? Does this pose risk as mine probably involved her blood touching my genitile skin? For herpes what are the early symptoms tat i should look out for. Can this be tested thro std testing.
Hello,
No pearly papules does not increase the risk. Yes herpes can be transmitted on contact with skin. Usually it happens from the lips (cold sores) or the genitals (genital herpes). Since you did not have any contact with the genital areaa/ lip you are not at risk.
You can be tested for herpes, but this is not needed.
Hope this helps
