Dear,
Thank you for your query.
Going through through case history , I definitely feel you are at risk for cardiac disease in future due multiple factors like Over Weight
Inactivity
Labile Blood Pressure
High C-RP and Homocysteine
But all these can be improved with simple life style changes like
Exercise for at least 45 mins to 60 mins of brisk walking per day
Avoid too much of salt and junk foods
Eat plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables
Periodically monitor Blood pressure and majority it can be controlled by life styles changes described above and in spite of all these measures the blood pressure is high ( 140/90 mm of Hg ) in atleast 3 readings , then we have decide about starting drugs.

Dear Dr. Satish,
Could you please help me in Vitamin D, B12 and Folic acid deficiency. Do i have to take any supplement?? Is that have any relationship with BP?
===================
Today after 1/2 hour walk in treadmill (1.7 KM), i check BP in electronic BP monitor
After exercise: 159/109
5 mins after exercise: 152/103
15 mins after exercise 146/98
1/2 hour after exercise 137/90
Is that OK?? I am really afraid of my blood test results.
Now a days i am suffering from slight sleeping problem. Hardly sleeps 6-7 hours a day and find difficulties in obtaining restful sleep. Daytime i feels tired due to that.

Dear Bala ,
Usually if you check your blood pressure after exercise it will be high , which is normal , that is why you should check your blood pressure after 30 mins of completion of your blood pressure.
Exercising in the morning during early sunrise helps in Vit D formation in the body and eating green leafy vegetables and fruits will help in natural supplements of Vitamins and that is reason i didn't suggest any Vitamins supplements.
Exercising daily will help in increasing the duration of sleep and even after that you don't get proper sleep , take Tab Alprax 0.25 mg once a day and stop it when required.
On a average you should exercise 4 to 5 kms per day.
