I would like to get some more information before I can offer any useful advice regarding your daughter's health. The description fits into ACUTE GASTRITIS, except for the bile in vomitus. Bile is usually greenish in colour and leaves a bitter taste. If as per your description, the fluid is indeed yellowish, then it is most likely acute gastritis.

The following measures would help your child:
1. Avoid spicy/ saucy foods; avoid chilli flakes, etc. Avoid carbonated drinks.
2. Give her plenty of fluids ( to prevent dehydration related to vomiting) as well as to improve well-being
3. Start her on Lanzol JR sachets (Lanzoprazole - Drug name) one sachet per day
4. You can also use the drug Ondansetran (Syp Emeset - based on your child's body weight)

If the vomitus is actually bilious (greenish), you need to see a pediatrician immediately. Similarly, if her oral intake is not improving with the above measures or she continues to vomit despite these medications, take her to the nearest pediatric emergency.
