She is having pain in lower stomach.There is no continuous burning sensation.But there is pain and burning sensation while urination.Pain is not continuous.It comes and goes.Application of hot water bag is giving some relief.She has no previous history of Diabetes,Allergies,Hyper tension,surgeries.She does not smoke /drink.Is there any chance of infection?

Your partner seems to have a Urinary Tract Infection. This is very common during initial sexual intercouse. Drink plenty of water. If the pain persists more than a day (with burning sensation on urination) the diagnosis can be confirmed. In that case she will require a Urine culture test. You Doctor will prescribe an antibiotic like Norfoloxain 400mg twice daily for 5-7 days. Drink plenty of water. If the pain is due to the hymen rupture , it will disappear in no more than 24 hours.
