With the available described details, there appears to be high possibility of Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Although presence of ulcer in large intestine shows organic cause for all symptoms and cause must be evaluated.

Patient replied :
My father is 65 year old. From 2 month he has problems related with mind and stomach. In general he feels normal but sometime (in one or two days) he feel urgency to go for BOWL movement and also feels restless. At this time he has headache and in BOWL he passes only gas and mucus and sometimes a little stool.He goes for BOWL 3-4 times on such days. He also complain harndess of stomach at this time and feel that he is not able to pass gas. At this time he feels darkness around his eyes and feel difficult to control his body. In generel while walking he feels it difficulty to put legs in order. He is taking soluble fibre at night as he used to have constipation. When he has urgency to go for BOWL he also feel a little pain in stomac. At this time he also complain heaviness in head and feel tensed which is major part of my worries. Doctor has identified ulcer in his large intenstines and he has been treated with antibiotis and now having Hcl retarding tablets along with antidepressent. He has also takng aloe-vera juice.
