Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
The bloated stomach could be due to a irritable bowel like bowel dysfunction. The approach needed here has to be step by step. First of all you need to do a Lactose free trial. Avoid all milk and milk products for 4 weeks and see if this makes any difference. If your symptoms are better you should discontinue milk and milk prodcuts.
Avoid foods that increase flatulence (beans, onions, celery, carrots, raisins, bananas, apricots, prunes, brussel sprouts, wheat germ, pretzels, and bagels).
You can take a probiotic drink or capsule twice a day for 3 days.
The bleeding is most likely from haemorrhoids. What you need to do it increase fibre containing food and avoid straining while passing stools.
I would say this is the first step approach. If the symptoms persists you will need further evaluation including a colonoscopy. Before this you need to give the dietary approach a whole hearted effort.
Hope this helps
Thank you

Last Quest.Thank you for your reply Doc.
I dont drink milk i do coffee everyday and beer once a week.i forgot to tell you that i have a history in ULCER. my previuos doctor give me Omeprazole and motilium for intestine blockage, it relieve for a while but after a month when i go back my coffee and beer it is getting worst because my asthma has been triggered i dont know if it has its connection.when my stomach will bloat usually it start from 7am till noon my asthma will also attack its hard to breath and i also take anti asthma.Do i also need to undergo endoscopy? please advise.Thank you
It is better to get an endoscopy done, but it is NOT urgent. If Beer and Coffee is worsening the symptoms, then you should avoid them. As I said dietary approach is the first step. Do avoid the food items I have mentioned in the first reply. You can continue the Omeprazole. This is unlikey to be related to asthma.
Hope this helps
