The very fact that you had protected oral and vaginal sex, reduces the chances of getting STDs by almost 90 %. There is a 10 percent failure rate due to various reasons such as improper use of condom, condom tears, e.t.c
There is a very slim possibility of getting an infection even with condom on, is when the partner has an active lesion and that comes in contact with the man's scrotum which is not covered. However i am assuming it's been 10 days and you have not had any symptoms, it effectively rules out Gonorrhoea and Chlamydia. Regarding HIV, as i told you earlier, it is highly unlikely that you can develop an infection, after protected sex, and hence you should not be worried.
Still if you want to get yourself tested you can get the 4th generation test for HIV done after a month of the exposure.

Today is day 7 since the exposure and there are no symptoms. Does your answer about ruling out other STDs remain true? Including syphilis? And is the OraSure home HIV rapid test a good one to do after one month?

Even though it is extremely unlikely for you to develop any STD for that matter, since you used protection, Syphilis and Herpes are two things that can't be ruled out so early. If i talk about percentages, if the condom is used properly then even after protected sex you have only 2-3 % of developing STDs. So considering this 2-3 % chances Herpes and Syphilis can't be ruled out so early since in some cases they can show up even after a month. What can be effectively ruled out is Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea infections.
But i will sincerely advise you not to be worried about them. This 2-3 % is a theoretical possibility.
Also Yes you can take the Orasure test after a month. It has a sensitivity of 95-99 %.
