I understand your concern.
Yes change in season or temperatures can lead to allergy in people with predisposition towards allergy. Allergies due to cold climate and more like nasal stuffiness and congestion. Skin allergy is not very common in cold climate.
However have you taken any medication for the same? Normally once adaptation process is over, it gets better, but if it is not getting better medicines need to be taken.
I will advise the following :
1) Tab. Claritin 10 mg once daily at bed time for a week.
2) Calamine lotion to be applied directly on the allergic spots. Needs to be continued prophylactically for a month.

i didn't take any medicals yet. can i have a prescription from your service to buy the medicals from a pharmacy because the country which i live now does not allow to buy medicals without prescriptions written by known doctors Is your doctors accridated and known world wide to ask those medicals on a pharmacy.
