The frequent urination in your case can be due to two causes :

1. Possible drug side effect – Frequent urination is known, but rare side effect of both drugs. This could be due to the diuretic action or due to bladder irritation. In you case bladder irritation is more likely
2. A Urinary tract infection / Urine stone – This less likely since you are male. However it has to be kept in mind. If you have pain or burning sensation while urinating UTI is more likely.

Now for symptom relief you can apply a warm compress over the bladder, which is below your umbilicus and above the pubic bone. Apply intermittently, take care not to get burned. This might give you some relief. Drink water, but do NOT overdo it. Once your thirst is quenched do no drink water. Try holding urine for sometime (even if you have the urge) . Do not drink water before sleeping.

In most cases the symptoms might resolve by itsown in few days. But if persists, or if there is sever discomfort you should get in touch with your Doctor. You may have to change the medications. Few tests might also be need if UTI / stone is in consideration.
