Thanks for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.
You have molluscum contagiosum which is a viral infection caused by pox virus and is sexually transmitted.
These are small boils which are caused by a virus and have a small pit on the top. They do not cause itching. They are skin coloured.
The treatment for it would be Aldara cream or they need to be burnt out. You will need to get a prescription for the cream or you can visit your dermatologist for the removal.
The differential diagnosis is warts, but the treatment remains the same nevertheless.
The vaginal discharge may not be related to molluscum itself but could be an associated finding.
Its better to take a single day course of antifungal tablet like fluconazole, antibiotic like azithromycin and anti helminthic like secnidazole to take care of the vaginal infection. You will need a prescription for the same.

So it is definately some type of wart then? I have never had unprotected sex not even with my husband, how Would I have gotten this. When it goes away will it be safe for me to have sex again? Will it spread to inside my vagina, 3 doctors told me that it was nothing. If I go back to the doctor will they say that again? I really want this to go away

This could be then possible to have contacted through shared towels or sharing other contaminated objects.
You can have sex after it goes away.
They can spread inside the vagina too. I would recommend you visit a gynaecologist who can examine the vaginal area and treat you accordingly.
