Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
There is no chance of pregnancy, semen does not stay viable outside the human body for more than 2 minutes, and if it is not inside the vagina, it liquefies immediately. Firstly, it can't cause pregnancy from a tissue paper anyway, and secondly, it liquefied. So the chance of pregnancy is nil.
Secondly, there was sex with condom, so even in that scenario, there is no chance of any pregnancy.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.

Patient replied :
So basically what your saying is that the sperm would be dead in that initial amount of time so there is no chance that the semen from the toilet paper could get into the vulva area and stay alive long enough for sex to push it up into the vagina?
Hello,
Yes, the sperm would liquefy and there is no chance of it being pushed back.
Please do not worry.
Regards.
