I'm asking this question here out of desperation. I have been to a doctor. I have a skin rash that appears between and on the back of my thighs, under my arms (where it makes contact with clothing) and then small blisters or boils between the toes and fingers. I also have been getting mosquito sized bumps on the backs of my heels and the front of the knees, where the joint is. This sounds like three separate things, but they all occur at the same time. I've been told it's a skin allergy and put on OTC oral antihistamines as well as hydrocortizone creams. It seems like things work for the first couple applications, then stop working entirely. I've tried every eczema solution on the market. Washing well with soap and water, then following up with aloe to the itchy areas worked longest, but it now not working as well.

To make matters more confusing, my husband has started developing the same symptoms. I thought maybe it was scabies, but the rash doesn't look like scabies. It looks like maybe really mild razor burn. As a matter of fact, you normally can't even hardly see the rash if it isn't pointed out, but raises and gets redder with itch to the point of looking like mosquito bites. Then they drop and almost disappear again when not irritated. I've been taking the oral anti-histamines religiously because it gets really bad without it. Any help?
