Since you have a family history of early menopause, you have to test for it. There is a very objective way to know if you are having early menopause.
Just go for the following hormonal evaluation on the 2nd day of your period - FSH, LH, serum estradiol.
The levels will tell you if this is the case.
If it is, you would need estrogen supplementation in addition to progesterone ( which cerazette contains ) to help you feel better.
In any case, daily exercise, eating healthy , yoga and meditation will always be helpful.
