It is common to have a smell of semen from your undergarments for a day after unprotected sex. As you had unprotected sex, and do not want to conceive, the best chance for you now is to take emergency contraceptive pill.However, these pills also are not effective when taken AFTER ovulation.
If you have regular cycles, then ovulation would have occurred around day 14, that is , ovulation would have already occurred. However, there is nothing else you can do right now, so please take the emergency contraceptive pill ( for eg. Plan B ) 2 tablets taken 12 hours apart ( ideally within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse ).
Also remember to use protection next time.
In case you miss your periods , then take a pregnancy test once you are 2 - 3 days overdue.

It is not recommended but as a last ditch measure, you could take 4 pills of birth control pills, 2 tablets straightaway and 2 after 12 hours.
This regimen is not standard, but there is no other option in your case.
