He has excessive burping and that could be due to excessive gas formation in the intestine.
Is it a recent development? Did he have any such problems in his childhood?
How is his appetite and diet pattern?
If you're having difficulties attaching the reports here, then mail them directly to [email protected]
Regards.
Hello,
I have seen his test reports and there is nothing wrong in his blood reports.
I need a few answers before i can guide you further,
- This excessive burping- is it recent onset? Or has he been suffering from childhood?
- Can you please elaborate on his diet and appetite?
- When was deworming given to him last?
- Does he have a history of passing worms in stools?
- What treatment was given to him in apollo?
Except for the sacro- ilitits all the other tests look normal.
The pain during bowel movements could be due to inflammation of the bowel which could in turn be due to infection.
A stool analysis may be done to confirm it.
The other possibility is inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). IBD is sometimes associated with sacro-ilitis. Since he is having features of sacro-ilitis, IBD is another possible cause for the pain during bowel movements.
Belching could be due to gastroesopaheal reflux disease. A course of omeprazole may provide relief.
I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
Please give me complete details for me to able to guide you.
Regards.
