Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have noted your symptoms and the possible diagnosis seems to be migraine with epilepsy. Past history of head injury may have contributed to both these problems.
Further evaluation should include MRI scan of brain and EEG (electroencephalography).
Regarding treatment, medications such as topiramate or sodium valproate would be preferred, as they would work against both migraine and epilepsy.
I hope it helps.
Best wishes,

Patient replied :
Are these medications for cure or just for prevention and what is the dosage to be taken?
Please will the taking of coka cola products and drinking of cold water contribute to this sickness?
I do not have any history of the following sicknesses
Are there any food habit or other habit that can induce the occurence of this sickness?
thank you
Thank you for getting back.
I have noted your follow-up queries.
The medications prevent the further occurrence of headaches and seizures, and can not cure migraine or epilepsy.
The dose depends as er body weight, number of seizure attacks and any side effects.
Coka cola may precipitate migraine attacks, however, cold water has no effect.
You should eat food on time, should not fast or skip meals.

Thank you so much sir, but if i may ask: is there no cure to migraine or epilepsy? if yes what are the medications?
What are the primary causes of migraine and epilepsy?
Can masturbation cause migraine?
Thank you for getting back. There is no cure for migraine or epilepsy. However, many people go into remission (absence of headache or seizures) after three years of treatment. Medications used for remission are the same I mentioned earlier- Topiramate and sodium valproate. The exact causes are not known, however, hereditary factors may play a role, as well as stress, lack of sleep, untimely food patterns, etc. Masturbation is a healthy habit and does not lead to any disease. Thank you so much for your response so far but what are the side effects of these drugs?
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up.
Both the drugs that I mentioned, need to be taken over a period of time and hence i suggested the ones which does not have much side effects apart from mild gastric irritation, nausea, or diarrhoea in a few cases. There are no long term complications and very well tolerated drugs.
Regards.
