I am 62. I had a radical prostatectomy 2006, over 9 years old patientago. Gleason 7. Everything is fine. PSA has risen. Oct 14 it was 0.17, April 2015 it was 0.43. Urologist ordered radiotherapy. Is is right order? If it is after therapy the same, what is the next step?

Dear sirYou should undergo local radiotherapy as advised and it should control your disease. However if PSA keeps on increasing then you may have to opt for hormonal therapy.Take careSincerelyRajiv goel
