Hello
Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern. I reviewed the pictures.
It seems that you may be having some insect bites on the breast. Which might be causing a hypersensitivity in that area and causing these lesions.
Are they present anywhere else?
I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day.
In case it doesn't improve in a couple of days with the creams it would be best to consult your dermatologist who can examine you thoroughly and treat it accordingly.
Please let me know if you have any queries. Take care

Hi Dr. Kruti
Thank you for the reply. It's not an insect bite. It's something like red dots which comes and goes. Also I can see some yellow dots also which is there for a long time. Please advise. Many Thanks
Hello
Thanks for your reply.
It is what we refer to as papular urticaria which is an allergy. It can be most commonly caused by insect bites, but could be due to an allergy to an external agent.
I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day. In case there is itching then tab. Claritin can be taken for it.
Take care
