Hello,
You should know that, birth control pills are hormones that act on our endometrial and ovary, preventing pregnancy from occurring. These birth pills can irregulars our normal menstrual cycle and cause abnormalities in cycle like irregular bleeding etc. but these irregularities are temporary and there is nothing to worry about.
You can wait and see how your period sets in a new pattern. But, I should advice you to go for condoms as protective measure than birth pills. As you can avoid lot of side effects and is safer. Or you can go for monthly oral pills.
Ideally you can expect your period during normal dates, but if it doesn't there is nothing to worry about. You just had a withdrawal bleeding.
Thank you.
