I opened the link and the supplements posted there seem to be good, but they have not been clinically proven. So i won't comment on that.
You need a combination of multi-vitamin and anti oxidant supplements, to make you feel energized. anti oxidants, more so, because the free radicals keep accumulating in our body and they are responsible for ageing faster.
You also need to find time to start exercising in case you don't do it. Moderate intensity walking for 30-45 minutes per day is a great stress reliever, promotes sleep, and also stops the ageing process, by increasing the blood supply to various organs.
A healthy diet is also essential.
I will appreciate if you give me a detailed medical history, of any medically relevant conditions you suffered from in the past, any stress bothering you and a detailed diet and drug history.
