Resolved question:
i was feeling itching and burning sensation in my groin area from last 1-1.5 years, itchning and itchning the area has become darker and darker it has turn black from rest of my skin area. i am attachining the photos have a look. also some strange black/ brown spots have develop recently ( about 1-2 weeks) in my different parts of body such as on my fingers, on my hip, on my hand, groin.
please have a look. only groin area itchning is their rest spots which i have mention does not itch, bleeds, or have a burning sensation , also they are not overe raised. i just tell you about my self , i am a 26 old boy, pure veggy, un married, weight 50-53 kg. once i had a sun burn on my hand 2 years back. i do a field work so i stay most of my time in sun, my mom has a diabities. ihavent check mine. till now i havent shown it to any doctors because this has happened i groin area so i m felling shy...please help me out wit this suggests me cream and give me a detailed answer thanks in advance.

I can understand your concern.
The darkening in the groin area is due to fungal infection called tinea.
The best treatment for it would be application of terbinafine cream twice a day for two to three weeks.
You might need a prescription from your doctor for the same.
The fungal infection will resolve in two to three weeks. However, the darkening will take time to resolve as the fungal infection leaves behind darkening of skin which slowly lightens over a couple of months.
The spots that you mentioned are not clearly visible on the photos. Would it be possible for you to send me a clearer image of the spots?

There is nothing to worry about the fungal infection in your groins, it will resolve well with the treatment.
I could see the fungal infection quite in the photos.

PLEASE let me know is their any thing to worry .or am i suffering from any major skin diseases.or is their any big reason to worry.or should i go for any other test
