There is not much side effects of SARMS, so you can use them but only in low doses. High dosage SARMS for long time that is for more than 4 weeks, will bring in lot of side effects. You will be affected by gynecomastia, the development of male breasts. Other effects like testicular atrophy and acne can occur.

If you have a family history of baldness, you are more likely to develop baldness if you take high doses of SARMS. This gene of baldness you will carry is from your mothers side. So, if there are many men bald on your mothers side and you using high doses of SARM, likely you will bald too. The ironic part of SARMS or steroids for that matter is they show their side effects only when taken in very high doses. If taken in less and appropriate doses, you can reap the beneficial effects. Therefore, I suggest you can use them only if you are goin to regulate the doses to small amount.
