Skin infection at three places. Cause?

Hi, My friend has a skin infection shown as the picture. she has total of 3 like this. one on her leg, on on her belly and another one on her waist. Could you please tell me what it is?

I can understand your concern.
She has an eczema called nummular dermatitis.
Application of cortisone cream twice a day on the affected area should help resolve it.
In case it doesnt help, its best to get a prescription from your doctor for mometasone cream which can then be applied once daily.
