Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
The pictures you sent were extremely blurry, so i could not really make out the red marks.
Kindly upload a higher resolution picture in the follow up.
If they have been present since 2006, without causing any symptoms then there is nothing to worry about. Sometimes such small red or purple spots can be present in the glans or scrotum, known as angiokeratomas. They do not cause any harm. Similar spots can be found in lips ( mostly white ) called fordyce spots.
If they are not causing any symptoms such as itching, or increasing redness, or burning we ignore the spots.
Still i will request you to upload a clearer picture, it will let me decide whether it needs any intervention.
Regards.

Thank you.
They do not look like raised spots, just red marks. It did not look like angiokeritomas when I Googled the images.
Hello,
I request you once again to post a slightly clearer picture.
2 spots which has been present since 2006, without any symptoms can either indicate a blocked sebaceous gland, signs of previous trauma in that area, or could also indicate a previous STI,apart from the angiokertomas. Did the spots appear after the thrush infection?
Was there any history of previous STI?
If it is not causing any harm, then it is better to leave it alone. Only if it was increasing in size, or itching it would have been a cause of concern.
I once again request you to upload a clearer picture.
Regards.
