2. Is it in the upper abdomen or in the lower abdomen?
3. Is the pain continuous or intermittent?
4. Any factor which worsens or relieves the pain?
5. Any other medical illness?
6. Are you on any painkiller medications?
7. Any tests done so far?

Here are my answers to your questions below.
1. About 3 days
2. Lower abdomen
3. Intermittent pain, not continuos
4. More intense when I have not eaten in a while
5. No illnesses
6. No painkillers
7. No test so far. I was wondering what this could possibly be that is causing these pains.

Your post has mentioned that your 30 years old patientold. But I could not find anywhere about your sex. Kindly mention that.
Do you have any burning urination?
Any altered bowel habits?
