I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Erectile dysfunction is a common illness among the patients of diabetes. Moreover it is further common among the patients who abuse alcohol. Considering that you have both the risk factors, chances of developing erectile dysfunction were quite high.
Erectile dysfunction is either due to psychological causes or due to organic causes. The fact that you are not having morning erection suggests that the cause is organic and not psychological. Now the issues needs to be handled in the following manner:
1) Proper control of sugars is very essential. Get the latest fasting glucose levels done and get it corrected.
2) You need to augment your treatment with plenty of Vita B12, folate and minerals. One such medication is Tab Tetrafol Plus which needs to be taken twice daily for three months.
3) If even this doesn't help then you will have to start on Tab Sildenafil 25mg or 50 mg one hour before sex to help you with the erectile dysfunction.

Dr. Sahib, I am taking 300ML Scotch daily I hope it is due to that have u advice me any medicine taken by my before taking or inbetween by me.

Yes it appears that your erectile dysfunction is due to the scotch that you are taking. No there are no medicines to be taken before scotch to get relief of this symptom. The medicine I have advived you (Sioldenfail) is to be taken 1 hour before sex. Tetrafol plus can be taken anytime during the day or night. If possible try leaving the alcohol.
