I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of an upper repiratory tract infection ( URTI ), and the sinuses also seem involved. The pus from the right eyelid is unrelated to these symptoms and could be due to a separate infection in the eyelid, or could be a stye.
Kindly get it examined by your physician who can also suggest a course of antibiotics such as Cap. Augmentin ( Amoxycillin + Clavulunate acid ) 650 mg twice daily for a week, and Tylenol can be taken SOS for relief from the headache.
