Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You have signs of GERD. Since you are not responding to medications and lifestyle modifications, I would advice you to get a 24 hours pH monitoring done. You should also avoid eating full stomach and eat multiple smaller meals. You should avoid bedtime snacks and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food. Take Sompraz-L once a day half and hour before breakfast.
The other symptom looks like that of irritable bowel syndrome. Since you have history of hyperthyroidism, you need to check your thyroid status also again. Also get the following tests done-
1. Stool analysis
2. Test for celiac disease - Tissue Transglutaminase antibody
Kindly get back to me with these test reports.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hi,
Thanks for posting the endoscopy report.
In my previous post itself I mentioned about the treatment.
You can follow that only.
You should avoid eating full stomach and eat multiple smaller meals. You should avoid bedtime snacks and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food. Take Sompraz-L once a day half and hour before breakfast.
Also I am sorry i am not aware of homeopathy or ayurvedic medicines because I am an allopathic doctor, and based on my expertise Sompraz-L is the treatment you need.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
