The stool elastase which is a marker of pancreatitis is raised for both of them.
I would like to know what symptoms they have and why these tests were done.

I find the pancreatic elastase out of range. It is a marker of pancreatitis. But since stool fat is within normal limits, I would not take the elastase value significant.
I do not find any disease causing bacteria in the report.
As far as constipation in children is considered, functional constipation is the most common cause. Poor toilet training most often is the root cause.
A digital rectal examination may be done which may provide a clue to the diagnosis of functional constipation.
High fiber diet and plenty of fluids should be taken to ease bowel movements.
To treat constipation either miralax or lactulose may be given.
You can discuss with your GI doctor about these options.

I have analyzed the test results in detail. Based on my literature review, the ION PROFILE has not yet been established as standard. Most of these chemicals can vary significantly among children from different geographical profiles, dietary habits and ethnic origins. I do not think we need to give much importance to these results as most of the chemicals measured as part of these tests have not been validated in Indian children.
I would request you to get in touch with a pediatric neurologist or geneticist. If you are still unconvinced you could consider getting the following tests done to rule out any inborn errors of metabolism.
1. Arterial lactate and ammonia
2. Arterial blood gas analysis
3. Serum and urine ketones
4. Blood tandem mass spectrometry (TMS) and a urine gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GCMS)
