I have gone through your pictures and among them, the image showing the close-up of the wound shows good signs of healing. If that is the latest picture of your wound, it sure is healing. The slough is much lesser and there is healthy pink granulation tissue, all signs of good healing.
Please continue with the Clindamycin and it should heal completely by the end of that course.
